A friend made this the other day and it was awesome. I think it took a year off my life though, chicken smothered in cheese, bacon, mushrooms and honey mustard. I don’t know the name but here’s the recipe compliments of Reenie Burke.
- Chicken Breast (cooked on 375 for 40 minute) Just about cooked.
- Honey mustard (1/2 cup mayo, ¼ cup honey, ¼ cup brown mustard, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, little bit of salt)
- Bacon
- Mushrooms (sliced, raw)
- Colby jack cheese (Already shredded type)
Fry the bacon, pour out the grease and take the sliced mushrooms with a little bit of oil in the bacon pan and sauté them, when cooked put them in a bowl.
Take a clean dish, put in the chicken, spoon the honey mustard over the chicken, mushrooms, three pieces of bacon. Cover the whole thing with the Colby Jack cheese, cover with aluminum foil and bake and 350 for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
